I actually enjoy color splash a lot and I do it constantly. It's when the whole image is in black and white with something left in color, usually matching if its multiple items. It's to attract your attention to one object in the photograph.Tools Used in Photoshop: Brush, Black & White adjustment layer, Layer mask, and Lens Correction filter.
